- Secure or remove: hanging plants, string lights, or other outdoor decorations.
- Let us know: if you have outdoor security cameras, alarms, or access instructions (e.g., gate codes).
During Service:

- For everyone’s safety: remain indoors and keep children and pets inside while we are working.
- Pick up any pet droppings: from work areas before we arrive.
House Washing (Exterior):
- Ensure all windows and doors: are securely closed.
- Turn off outside electrical outlets: lights, fans, or fixtures.
- Keep garage doors closed: to avoid water intrusion.

Window Cleaning (Interior/Exterior):
- Allow 36" (3 ft) of unobstructed access: around windows, standard doors, and sliding doors.
- Pull or draw all blinds/drapes: remove any fragile items from window sills or furniture nearby.

Important Notes & Service Limitations (Please Read)
While our cleaning process is highly effective, some conditions and stains are permanent or require specialty restoration services beyond a standard exterior cleaning. Our goal is to set clear expectations so you know exactly what to expect.
- Dirt Dauber Nests: We can remove the nest itself; however, staining or “shadowing” is common and may remain. Full removal often requires hand scrubbing, ladder work, and specialty chemicals, which is not included in a standard house wash.
- Oxidation (Chalky/White Residue on Siding): This is material breakdown, not dirt. Cleaning will improve appearance but will not restore oxidized or faded surfaces.
- Deep-Set Stains: Some stains (rust, oil, battery acid, fertilizer, etc.) may not be fully removable. Results vary based on severity and surface type.
- Vines & Root Marks: We can remove vines and debris, but embedded staining or “ghosting” may remain without restoration or repainting.
- Older Surfaces & Pre-Existing Damage: Cleaning may reveal existing issues such as loose paint, oxidation, brittle materials, or worn seals. These are not caused by cleaning but uncovered by it.
- Concrete & Pavers: While results are often dramatic, some stains may be permanent or require aggressive treatment not included in standard service.
- Flat Surface Cleaning & Drainage: After cleaning, it is normal for water to collect in low spots or areas with poor drainage. As surfaces dry, some residual dirt or sediment may settle back in these areas. Additionally, if grass, mulch, or soil sits higher than the concrete, runoff may cause debris to wash back onto cleaned surfaces. This is a natural result of drainage conditions and not a reflection of the cleaning quality.
- Screen Enclosures & Pools (Lanais): When cleaning screened enclosures, it is not possible to completely prevent dirt and debris from entering the pool. We will make every effort to push debris out through screen doors, but some material may still enter the pool or settle inside the enclosure. Additionally, dirt and debris may splash back onto the lower portions of the screen during cleaning.
👉 We recommend scheduling pool cleaning service after our visit, not before. - Screen Debris (Pine Needles, etc.): We will remove loose debris; however, debris embedded or stuck through the screen (such as pine needles) cannot be fully removed during standard cleaning. Removing these would require manual hand-picking and climbing on the screen, which is not safe and may cause damage. Some embedded debris may remain.
- Water Intrusion: Exterior cleaning involves water. Customers are responsible for ensuring all windows, doors, and seals are properly closed and maintained. Additionally, any exterior electrical outlets or fixtures that may allow water intrusion must be turned off at the breaker prior to service.
Our Commitment
We aim for the best possible result without causing damage. In some cases, achieving 100% stain removal would require methods that could harm your property—so we prioritize safe, professional cleaning over aggressive restoration.
